Privacy Policy
This is a beta. We are a small team and this policy covers what we actually do, plainly stated.
What we store
- Your SoundCloud user ID and username — to identify your library.
- Metadata about tracks you have hearted: title, artist, genre, and the date you hearted them. We do not store audio files you have not processed.
- Downloaded audio files you have processed through sounddigr — stored in encrypted S3 storage and automatically deleted after 30 days.
- Your OAuth session (access token + refresh token) — stored server-side, never exposed in URLs or logs.
What we do not do
- We do not sell your data.
- We do not post to your SoundCloud profile unprompted.
- We do not share your library or listening activity with third parties.
SoundCloud actions
When you press Auto on a fan-gate track, sounddigr performs follow, like, repost, and comment actions on your SoundCloud account on your behalf — these are the actions the gate requires to unlock the download. We only perform these actions when you explicitly trigger them.
How to revoke access
Sign out of sounddigr at any time. To fully revoke access, go to SoundCloud Settings → Connections and remove sounddigr. Your stored data is deleted within 30 days of account removal.
