Beta software. sounddigr is in private beta. Features may change and we may discontinue the service at any time during this period.

Your account

You connect your SoundCloud account. You are responsible for your account activity. Do not share your sounddigr session with others.

Acceptable use

• Use sounddigr only for tracks you have legitimately hearted on SoundCloud.
• Do not attempt to automate sounddigr itself, scrape its API, or reverse-engineer its gate-processing logic.
• Comply with SoundCloud's own Terms of Service and the terms of any fan-gate platform (Hypeddit etc.) whose gates you process.

Downloaded files

Files downloaded through sounddigr are made available for your personal use. Respect the rights of artists and labels. Free downloads, Bandcamp purchases, and gate-unlocked files are subject to the licensing terms set by the original copyright holder.

No warranty

sounddigr is provided as-is during beta. We make no guarantees that it will work with any particular gate, track, or SoundCloud feature. We are not liable for any loss of data, failed downloads, or unintended SoundCloud actions.

Changes

We will update these terms before any public launch. Continued use after an update means you accept the new terms.
